Green Tortoise will not sell or distribute your email address or URL other than posting it on your entry. We encourage you to provide that information so members of the Green Tortoise community can keep in touch, but if you don't want to have them posted on our bulletin Board you can just leave those spaces blank.

For the time being, we have no hard-and-fast rule about how long entries will remain on this bulletin board. We will try and make sure all entries stay posted for at least several weeks, but if the number of messages becomes very large, the oldest entries will be periodically removed.
