I've driven lots of things: motorcycles, bicycles, self-engineered enclosed skateboards built for downhill speed, windsurfer boards, mobile medical clinics, ambulances, box vans, 15-passenger vans full of back-seat drivers with trailers full of bikes to the top of Hawaiian mountains, and transit buses, but the most endearing vehicle would have to be a Green Tortoise Bus full of wide-eyed guests.
To be a part of that magic is an experience unto itself. The bonds guests make to nature and each other are life changing and touch the world around us. Age on the bus is not an issue either, I've had kids from 10 to 76 and each one of them have an important role to play during each trip. We are a rolling community and we all contribute in one way or another. I recommend to do some of the work, but not all of the work. My promise to you is to get you there in a safe manner and be as professional as the job allows. Know...we do have fun...lots of fun. And that's why we are here, to play in this grand playground we call earth.
