For the next two weeks the San Francisco International Film Festival will boast a huge array of films from across the world. For visitors and locals alike, watching a solid, independent film in a world-class city is a great way to shed $20 (the SF Int'l Film Society loves to suck you dry) and kick-off a summer night. One of the more promising aspects of the film festival is that a handful of wonderful documentaries are screened.
