Reserve Online
Read below before you click to our reservation pages, it’s important that you understand what you are booking and the cancellation policy. You must have cookies enabled to make a reservation in your browser. You must have a foreign-issued passport or out-of-state government-issued ID to check in. You may also be asked to provide proof of current international travel. Once you have reserved with the Green Tortoise your total price will include a $20 key deposit (which is refunded when you check out).
Dorm Beds
For dorm beds, each person must be booked
individually. Enter only "1" on Step One for the
number of guests. If you are booking dorm beds for more than one
person, you must book each bed one at a time!
All Dorm Beds
come with a private locker, reading light, all the linens you need and
our beds are big enough room sit upright!
If you are a couple
or two people that don’t mind sharing
a double bed, there is an option listed as 1 Double
Bed(1-2 people) in a 2 bed dorm. These are double beds in a room with
only one or two other persons
Private Rooms
Enter the number of people in your group. A Double Private is
a double bed and the Twin Private is a room with two individual beds.
Our Privates are very comfortable and a great taste of luxury for a
hostel!!!
Credit Card Policy
To secure your booking, we require a valid Visa or Mastercard number. We do not charge the card until you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your booking 48 hours in advance of arrival. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge you for one night’s stay.
Group Bookings
If you group is larger than 5 persons and you don’t feel like booking again and again online, contact us at our toll-free numbers.
Requirements
You must possess a valid state or government issued photo identification from outside the Bay Area to stay with us at Green Tortoise. We are for travelers and if you are relocating to the area, contact us before making reservations.
